A Day For Mother's

My nightmare became reality
I guess I always knew it’d end in tragedy
I suppose you can’t escape your fate
When you’re told to wait

Of all the bad things that I’ve done
I never thought sitting still would be the one
That caused the explosion
Set this in motion

But you talk like a snake, you feed me lies
Honesty has it’s loopholes I find
The game was stacked for his demise
I was compromised

You played me good, better than Deep Blue
Better then I should have let you
But I always blame myself
For those things that I cannot help

It’s not always black and white
Unless pinned against each other for the fight
Pawn captures Rook, do you know what you took
You used me, I got royally fucked

Check yourself, as you wait
You think you’ve won and crushed this mate
But in the end what do you have to show
Other than playing chess all alone
